High Desert Phenoms is a non-profit Club Basketball Organization based in Victorville, California. Players in our program are mentored and taught to utilize and enhance their basketball and leadership skills, build self confidence, and experience a team approach to winning. High Desert Phenoms provides the opportunity for our players to compete against other talented players and teams on a local and national level. Our program is designed to provide a learning experience that will help prepare our players to compete at the High School level and beyond. Our coaching staff is focused on developing leadership skills, sportsmanship, physical fitness, and athletic excellence.
Mission: We are dedicated to the development of elite Student athletes. We strive to enhance the educational and athletic opportunities for those involved in our organization. We provide a positive culture inclusive of intense training, the necessary support network to compete for a college scholarship, and the leadership skills required to sustain one.
Vision: To Develop the Most Elite Group of Travel Basketball Players in the High Desert.

The High Desert Phenoms will actively recruit and pursue elite level players and athletes that work within our defined system. With great competition comes hard work. Our goal is to foster an environment that pushes our players both mentally and physically. We are consistently looking to improve the program and the players that are chosen to participate. To that point, we want our devotion to these players to be equally returned to both the staff and their teammates.
